InvestAI, the brand-new EU initiative to boost investment in AI startups and scale-ups across Europe.

It was launched on February 10, 2025 by the European Union, with the objective to mobilize €200 billion over the next five years to enhance the generative AI talent pool through education and training programs.

Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated that the European Union will invest €50 billion to boost the research and implementation of artificial intelligence. This InvestAI program will leverage a €150 billion private sector investment commitment made as part of the EU AI Champions Initiative.
